On 17 May 2025, SDGA was honoured to be part of the Grand Launching Ceremony of Metadise Sdn. Bhd., held at The Podium, Jalan Keretapi, Kuching. The event was brimming with energy and excitement, offering a glimpse into the bold future of digital education and innovation in Sarawak.

The ceremony was officiated by Mdm. Angelina Anak Siam, representing YB Datuk Roland Sagah Wee Inn, Minister of Education, Innovation and Talent Development Sarawak. Her presence and inspiring message emphasised the government’s strong support for developing digital talent and future-ready learning platforms.

Metadise stands out as more than just another tech initiative. It represents a groundbreaking ecosystem that integrates blockchain, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sim racing, and digital literacy. This vision comes to life through the HRD Corp-certified Metadise Academy and the dynamic Metadise Sim Racing (MSR) platform.

Highlights of the event included a virtual world preview and the signing of international MoUs with UiTM, XTurn (Taiwan), and Kenal Limited Holding (Hong Kong), all showcasing Sarawak’s growing role in shaping the digital frontier.

As an organisation that champions education and innovation, SDGA is proud to support and engage with initiatives like Metadise. We believe in empowering Dayak youth and graduates with opportunities that prepare them for the future and help unlock paths once thought unreachable.
