The Sarawak Dayak Graduates Association (SDGA) marked the end of the year on a heartwarming note with its SDGA Christmas Family Day, bringing together members, partners and friends for a relaxed day filled with good food, meaningful conversations and shared laughter.
With potluck spreads, picnic mats, barbecue smoke, games and unhurried conversations that stretched longer than planned, the gathering captured the spirit of togetherness that has defined SDGA’s journey throughout the year. The event provided a welcoming space for members to unwind, reconnect and simply enjoy one another’s company.
SDGA expressed its appreciation to everyone who made time to attend, particularly those who chose to spend the day with the SDGA family despite not returning to their hometowns or being on holiday. Their presence reflected the strong sense of belonging and support within the association.
Amid the celebration, members also took time to reflect on the months of effort, dedication and collaboration poured into SDGA’s community engagements. From programmes and partnerships to behind-the-scenes planning sessions, the gathering became a moment to acknowledge how collective commitment has shaped the association’s growth.
The Christmas Family Day also served as a heartfelt thank you to all members, partners and supporters who have continuously shown up, contributed and believed in SDGA’s mission. Their support has been instrumental in sustaining SDGA’s initiatives and strengthening its community.
SDGA also commended the organising team for their dedication in bringing the event together and thanked everyone who contributed to the positive atmosphere throughout the day. As the association wraps up 2025, it looks ahead with excitement and anticipation for what lies ahead in 2026.
With the same spirit and bigger dreams, SDGA looks forward to continuing the journey together in the coming year.
