INVENT Space by the Sarawak Dayak Graduates Association (SDGA) has come alive with a new cohort of participants as they begin the Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) Competency Course, marking another step in the association’s commitment to graduate empowerment and professional development.
Co-organised by SDGA in collaboration with Skill Solutions Academy and recognised by the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), the programme equips participants with essential knowledge and practical skills required to maintain safety standards at construction sites.
Guided by experienced trainers, participants are gaining a deeper understanding of site safety responsibilities while building confidence to apply these principles in real-world working environments. The course not only focuses on technical competency but also emphasises accountability and professionalism in the workplace.
The initiative reflects SDGA’s ongoing efforts to empower graduates to become competent, certified professionals who are able to thrive in their respective industries. It forms part of a broader suite of upskilling programmes designed to strengthen employability and resilience in an increasingly dynamic job market.
