Education knows no boundaries, and quality education has always been the primary focus for SDGA since its inception. It is also important for us to create more job providers by encouraging entrepreneurship as our solution to unemployment issues affecting young Sarawakians.

The world is ever evolving, and the next 10 years will be very different than the last 10 years. Digital literacy will be as fundamental as numbers and alphabet. We must ensure our rural children, majority of whom are from the Dayak Community, are well equipped to face the challenges of tomorrow. SDGA will continue to play its part in promoting the importance of digital literacy.

We will continue to encourage anyone to come to us for potential collaborations for the benefits of the State and the betterment of the community at large. No effort is too small, nor should it be deemed insignificant to make a difference. Together we are many, together we shall excel.

In 2020 I hope to see the emergence of more doers than talkers, more optimists than pessimists. Let us not be divided by emotions and personal opinions, but rather learn from each other. Dwell less on the past and look forward to tomorrow. May Sarawak continue to remain harmonious and peaceful, and may its people prosper to greater heights in 2020 and beyond!
